Shipping and return policies for Delcan

Shipping Info
CDs are currently shipped worldwide from the US. This may seem odd considering I am Australia-based, but this is due to there being limited options locally for very low-run CD printings. The CD will be sent directly to your provided address from the distributor.

Within the US, expect your CD to arrive in around 2-5 business days. Orders from within the US are sent through USPS First Class Mail. For high volume orders, you may want to use UPS, in which case, feel free to contact me.

Outside the US, expect your CD to arrive in around 7-14 business days. Non-US orders are sent through Air Mail. When I order and have them sent to Australia, it usually takes around 2 weeks to arrive.

If you represent a music store and would like to receive a batch to sell yourself, please get in touch before ordering here! CDs currently come without a barcode or UPC attached.
Return Policy
Due to logistical concerns, I will not be taking returns. However, refunds and replacements may be an option if you have an issue with your CD.

Refunds and/or replacements will be provided for situations where a CD fails to arrive or arrives faulty. Refunds and replacements will only be considered up to 3 months after the order date. If you believe your CD is faulty, please make sure to try the disc on a different device, and if it still doesn't work, contact me. If your CD fails to arrive 28 business days after the order date (or 14 days for US orders), also contact me. If your CD is working perfectly, but you'd like to pretend that it's broken so that you can scab it off me for free, screw you :-).

No change-of-mind refunds will be provided. If the disc once worked but now doesn't, I cannot provide a refund or replacement as I can't guarantee that your disc is genuinely faulty and hasn't been damaged. Apologies for any inconvenience, but please understand that I am managing this on my own and, as such, don't have the same resources as a retailer. In exceptional cases, I may be able to contact my distributor to help you out.



If I haven't updated this for any goods other than CDs, please contact me and remind me to fix it, lol.
